- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to a 12-inch circle. Transfer the dough to a 9-inch pie plate and trim the edges.
- In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Dot the filling with the remaining butter. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let the pie cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Nan's Potato Salad
