Place the baguettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 8. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes, or until doubled in size. 9. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). 10. Bake the baguettes for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown. 11. Let cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.

Boules
